Meet the Team

Our team of expert Recruitment Consultants includes some of the most experienced recruitment professionals in the area. Their combined skills and dedication ensure that both clients and candidates are delighted with our service, from first meeting to final placement.

Our Permanent department works with many local and national companies, many of whom have used Search Recruitment for years to meet their staffing needs. Our Recruitment Consultants have particular experience in Commercial job placements, and are personally known to many HR departments in the town and across Hampshire.

Our Temporary department prides itself on an in-depth knowledge of the requirements of both local firms and county-based companies for temporary staff. In the Temporary job arena, our Recruitment Consultants are well-known and well-respected for speedy delivery of quality staff, often at very short notice. Alongside our Commercial temporary placements, they also have particular experience in Industrial temporary staffing solutions, from pickers and packers to qualified drivers.

 

Jackie Sugiero, Managing Director
Jackie opened Search Recruitment in 1995 having worked in recruitment for 15 years. Search Recruitment established itself as a key consultancy service provider within 12 months of being operational with an enviable reputation for quality and efficiency. This has continued through changing challenging times enabling Search Recruitment to maintain its position as a key independent consultancy service provider, to the Commercial, Industrial and Medical industries, recruiting both nationally and internationally. Search offers an exemplary partnering service to a variety of organisations employing a small number of staff to global providers.

 

Laura Pearce, Manager
Laura joined Search Recruitment with a highly successful track record in sales, selling within both the IT and advertising sectors. Working within these incredibly competitive sectors she introduced and grew the company’s largest accounts and increased revenue year on year.  Since working with Search Recruitment, Laura has been responsible for managing a number of key accounts, working closely in partnership with their HR function and establishing Search Recruitment as their preferred agency.  Laura has a real concern for her customers and is committed to offering the very best service to employers and candidates alike. She understands the importance of developing a true relationship and has the ability to partner with clients and behave as an extension of their business.

 

Jane Hurst, Recruitment Consultant
Jane joined Search Recruitment 11 years ago following a successful career in advertising. Jane initially worked within the medical division up until 5 years ago when she joined the temporary team. For the last 5 years, Jane has run and built the temporary desk to one of the biggest and most successful in the Farnborough & Camberley area. Jane’s genuine concern for her clients and candidates and thoroughness in all she does has built a loyal following of which she is enormously proud. Jane’s hard work and commitment has resulted in an unbeatable service to the local community.

 

Danielle Wilder, Recruitment Consultant
Danielle is the newest member of the team and joined Search Recruitment in 2011. Danielle is a personable energetic and reliable consultant; she understands her clients’ needs and always delivers on accurate and successful candidate matching. Danielle’s fresh ideas and bubbly personality are great assets, along with her positive and motivational approach.

 

Toni Nunn, Team Support
Toni joined Search Recruitment in 2008 direct from twelve years of executive search experience with a London boutique agency. She was closely involved in the whole executive recruitment process, from initial market research through to final placement of top executives for major international companies and corporations. Since working for Search Recruitment Toni has been involved in all areas of the company and has a great understanding of our business. Toni now supports our recruitment team with candidate search and selection, marketing material and administration. Toni has great attention to detail, advanced software skills and brings both excellence and varied experience to the team.

 

Mary Jones, Accounts
Mary joined Search Recruitment in 2007. Originally with a background in the aerospace industry she re-trained in accounts after a career break. Mary is responsible for running the payroll function, processing new starters and managing the holiday logs for all of our temporary staff whilst also covering other accounting tasks. Apart from being our accounts/payroll expert with fantastic attention to detail, and valuable member of Search’s team; Mary has a great love of Opera and manages to see many performances throughout the year.
